The property is located in North Port about 5 minutes from the Port Charlotte Mall, Walmart, Sams, Kmart, Targets, and most restaurants you can think of. It is close to route 41 and 5 miles from I-75. Golf courses are also within a short driving distance. Beautiful beaches just 20 minutes. The house has all new furnishings and offers all the comforts of "home," while feeling like you're on vacation.

Our luxury home, which shows like a model home, has 2,000 s.f. under air and sleeps six people in comfort. All the furniture is brand new. The master suite has a king size bed, 2 walk in closets, 26 inch HDTV, bath tub, walk in shower, separate toilet, and his and hers vanity units. French doors in the master bedroom lead to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and they share a bathroom with a walk in shower.
The large family room has a 32 inch HDTV (basic cable included) with sliding glass doors opening to the pool. The formal living room has 8 foot pocket doors that open to the pool area. The dining room and eat in kitchen each have seating for six. The kitchen also has sliding glass door leading to the pool making outdoor eating easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, glasses, dishes, utensils and pots and pans. All linens are provided. Clothes washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
At the rear of the house you will find a screened heated inground pool (electric heat) with a large lanai and a large glass table with six chairs. Two chaises and a gas BBQ grill complete the picture.
The phone system has unlimited long distance service within North America (included with rental). We also have internet connection.
There are ceiling fans in every room in the house. The house has a two car garage.
