Great home in great location, just 5 blocks from Montara State Beach and three blocks to 4200 acres of Open Space. Bring your mountain bikes, your Camelback for hydration, your wetsuits for surfing, swimming, skimboarding - you name it - this area is for the outdoorsy type. Ideally situated.
We are located just 25 miles from San Francisco, and SFO. Half Moon Bay is just 8 miles south on Highway 1.

Staying indoors is nice here too - we have a wood burning stove, TV, comfortable couches and chairs for just sitting around reading or enjoy the garden out back - there are spaces for everyone.

3 beds/2.5 baths with generous yard space both front and back. Bathrooms come with sundries (Aveda) and nice thick new towels. Two decks, both on the back side of the house - southfacing the sunny side, top deck is off Master Bedroom overlooking beautiful gardens. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable - and for your convenience, we'll have a book of local restaurants/menus/phone numbers, etc...)

Kitchen is fully equipped - set up for a gourmet - plenty of plates, glasses, cups, bowls, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, waffle maker, refrigerator, freezer (no ice maker). BBQ on the back patio.

Pet friendly home - will set out Bowser's necessities (bowl, dog cookies, bedsheet, towel, pick up bags for walks)

Catering available - inquire if needed. Washer/Dryer

Hiking, biking, beach walking, tide pooling, yoga, horseback riding, shopping in Half Moon Bay or San Francisco, lots of organic shopping available in HMB now! Pillar Point Harbor is just 2 miles south on Highway One - buy fish right from the fishermen year 'round, eat at Barbara's Fish Trap or take it to go and eat on the dock! Meander around the "point" to witness Maverick's wave! It's all here.

3 days minimum $500./night ($600 for holidays), $2500/week or $3800/month. Full payment plus secrity deposit $500 (Refundable) and cleaning deposit $75 (non-refundable) due in advance. Rental terms for longer stays upon request. Pet friendly, smoking permitted outside only.

Normal utilities(gas, electicity, water, garbage, WiFi, cable TV and gardener) included at no additional charge.
