Harvey House in Pentwater

Nearly 2200 sq feet, sleeps 12-13 people, with four bedrooms, den with twin bed, large living area, dining room and kitchen, and large covered deck. The deck is like another living space, you'll love it!

Lots and lots of living space, you won't feel cramped at all.

Handicapped accessible, including handicapped accessible bathroom on main level, ramp onto the porch. Sleeping area also on main level.

Located in town, 4 blocks from main street, and walking distance or short bike ride to the beach. Lots of parking available, large driveway, parking at side on the street and a garage driveway.

Washer and dryer, TV with cable and wireless internet available. Handicapped accessible. And a grill. Kitchen is fully stocked and has basic condiments etc.

The house is situated on quiet street, with the covered deck opening to the large yard. Great in the summer time to grill after the beach and hang out. Being on a quiet street, you won't get too much summer traffic and noise, but close enough to town to enjoy all the happenings. The house is within walking distance (a few short blocks) of resturaunts, shops, mini-golf, and water craft rentals, and a short drive to the beach (3/4 mile). Heading north toward Bass Lake is a family fun center with go-karts, mini-golf, arcade.

Bike trail (rails to trails) in Hart, (approximately 15 min).

Ludington State park is 25 min away. Lots of trails there, its a beautiful state park, and Hamlin Lake also has boat rental areas and beach areas.

Silver Lake is only 20 minutes south of Pentwater and has dune rides, and you can rent pontoon boats, motor boats, jet skis. And there are other fun attractions in Silver Lake. Horse back riding is available (Rainbow Ranch) between Pentwater and Silver Lake.

There are at least 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of Pentwater, and more if you are willing to drive a bit more.

Weekly summer rate $1200 per week.

Pets allowed with additional $100 per week.

Off season $1000 per week or $175 per night 2 night minimum on weekends.

For weekly rentals, $600 deposit to hold the reservation, and refundable $400 deposit after chechout and cleaning compliant with lease aggrement.

Remainder of fee to be paid in full three weeks prior to reservation
