and
third story have wrap-around decks with lovely views of the river
and
nature. Meandering walkway from the house leads to private dock to
swim, tube, fish or just loll away the hours reading or enjoying
nature. Home is located just moments from the State Park. Access to
Suwanee and Santa Fe Rivers. A great way to relax in tranquility.

A truly sophisticated home. The first floor has a large screened
room for viewing the river, dining or just relaxing.  The second
floor has beautiful hardwood floors with kitchen and comfortable
living and entertainment area. Satellite TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD
player for your pleasure. The kitchen has all appliances and
necessities for cooking and entertaining. Full baths are located on
each floor. All linens are supplied. A winding stairway leads from
the second to third floor beds. Both the second and third
floors
have floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views and decks.
Second floor deck has large gas grill, comfortable outdoor dining
table and furniture.

Swimming, tubing, kayaking, cave-diving, boating, snorkeling, and
rafting are just some of the activities available to you. Hiking,
biking, or walking in the area or in the State Park. Nature is
there
for your enjoyment. Area is near capital of "cave-diving". Antique
shopping a short drive or shopping in charming shops.
