This 1800 square foot condo is a first floor unit overlooking the ocean. Two of the bedrooms have
king size beds, and the third has a queen size bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the
living room. The deck is 75' by 15' and there are two designated parking spots in the garage
underneath our unit.
The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area with two large
gas grills. Our guests can access wireless internet. There are outdoor seating areas and a gazebo where guests can enjoy the ocean breezes. Newhaven also has its own beach access.

The condo is air conditioned, with a washer and dryer in the unit. Linens are provided. There is
cable TV, DVD/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

We are members of the Fripp Island Club, so our guests can purchase amenity cards which allow
access to resort operated pools, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, marina, boat/bike/
golf cart rentals. Off island attractions include the Hunting Island State Park, sight-seeing
in historic Beaufort, and even horseback riding on nearby St. Helena Island.

Spring rates: March 7 - May 30, 2009 $1100/week $175/night (3 night minimum)
Summer Rates: May 30 - August 29, 2009 $1600/week (Saturday to Saturday)
Fall Rates: August 29 - November 28,2009 $1100/week $175/night (3 night minimum)
