To our bright, sunny and breezy, Delray Cottage Studio. It has all the touches to make your vacation just right. The studio is artfully decorated and richly appointed. The studio is part of a house was built in the 1920's, surrounded by updated tropical landscaping and has been renovated with modern day conveniences.

Overview
This adorable "beach styled", "key west on the inside look" studio is mins away from the ocean, beach, and downtown Delray Beach and is set on a completely renovated Spanish Mission Style Property. Studio isa bright and cheery sun-filled 2nd floor unit with privacy on a luscious landscaped Florida yard set on the 2nd floor overlooking an expansive garden. Did I say it was near the beach ?

Location
We are centrally located and walking to the beach is a breeze, its 7 blocks and about a 15 min walk. Walking to restaurants for the evening is between 2-5 blocks and as little as 5 minute walk. Driving is not necessary once you reach our home!

Public Municipal Golfing available nearby west of 95 in Delray Beach as well as in Boca Raton for a nominal fee. DelrayDelray Beach Golf Club is a 1923 Donald Ross Design located off of Atlantic Avenue just three miles west of the historic Downtown Delray Beach area. This jewel is a meticulously manicured championship track, and features 6,907 yards and a par-72. Delray Beach Golf Club is the home of many of the most prestigious special events in the area, including the annual Jameson Classic Pro-Am, and the annual Beth Daniel / Meg Mallon Clinic. Delray Beach Golf Club is a full service operation, with a driving range, putting area, lesson programs, and full restaurant, bar/lounge, and banquet facilities.
