Robin’s Nest is the perfect place to relax. This 2 acre lake lot is for those seeking a private getaway or plenty of yard space for the family or friends to enjoy the outdoors. For those who prefer swimming in the pool instead of the beautiful Lake Murray, the 16x40 swimming pool is large enough for large family gatherings and get-togethers and is nestled by the woods for privacy. The wrap around deck by the pool makes a perfect place for dinner parties or family picnics. Volley ball and horse shoes are set up by the pool in the summer to provide a lot of outdoor activities.

The 6 person Jacuzzi is on the front deck of the house and has a beautiful view of the lake but still plenty of privacy. The wrap around deck on the house ensures large family gatherings have plenty of space for lake view dinning.

The private dock and boat ramp makes it easy for you to bring your boat and enjoy all Lake Murray has to offer. The large covered picnic area by the lake is the ideal place to have large family gatherings or private romantic dinners while watching the sun go down over the lake.

With 150 ft of waterfront, swimming and fishing from the dock is a must. The wide open spaces and outdoor activities help you enjoy every moment of your vacation.

Indoor activities include foosball, ping pong and air hockey for the kids or adults. The kids have their own space, off of the family area, with an X box, DVD and board games. This ensures every one has plenty of game time.

TV’s are located in every bedroom with DVD players in two rooms. The living room is 20 x 30 and has a large TV with DVD player. This area is perfect for large families or special gatherings.

For larger groups such as weddings, family reunions and fellowship, you can rent this house along with another LMVR rental MI House which is the adjoining property. Together these two houses can sleep 20 people and they are the only two properties that can allow larger one day events for an extra charge. There is a combined acreage of nearly 3 acres which allows a lot of space and plenty of parking. You will have the use of two docks and the boat ramp for your event.
