Lease and Application for Condo approval required, application fee $100. Lease and Condo Application will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit.
$800 security deposit is due at time of booking, refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection.
Money Order or Certified Check. No personal checks are accepted unless received 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations Accepted, Forfeit deposit within 90 days of arrival if not rented.
