This is a beautiful waterfront home located next to Tecumseh Island's
main channel and just one minute to open water. Swim 20 feet out your
front door with 210 feet of water front on a great corner lot.
It offers a boatwell & there is many feet additional docking space
along the side channel.
Swing from a tree swing or simply relax in one of the many lounge chairs
and picnic tables.

This 1st year rental has three bedrooms: a queen size bed in the
master bdrm; full size bed in the 2nd & bunk beds in the third.
It has one full bath.

We have both a gas grill as well as a fire pit to enjoy nice meals and smores.

This house is located at the end of a private drive with a total of
six houses. It is off the main island road and is a very private,
peaceful location. It is just a few hundred feet from Pew Island
which has walking trails and wooden bridges around the entire island
perimeter.
