Non-smoking two bedroom, two bath townhouse. King bedroom upstairs with private bath and queen bedroom downstairs with bath. Sleeper sofa in the living area with full kitchen, washer and dryer.

The perfect getaway to Port Aransas/Mustang Island.   Just 300yds to the Gulf of Mexico beach.  Pool, patio, barbeque grills, picnic table and volleyball , auto and boat parking spot located outside your door.  Beach sidewalk to public and private beach on Mustang Island with access to B Bus  ride to town.  Flat screen tv and dvd player with cable tv in each room.   Washer/dryer, portable pack n play, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and updated linens throughout.  Clean towels, paper products, kitchen cleaning supplies and internet access all provided with each visit.

Newly opened Arnold Palmer golf course located 1 mile from townhouse. Private airport in Port Aransas. Charter fishing trips, beach dune buggies, golf cart rental, shopping and a huge list of local restaurants to pick for a day of fun on the beach. The BEST part about Mustang Island is that driving on the beach is allowed to just the right location for you and your family. Private or public beach access just outside your door with fishing, surfing, and sandcastles right from the shore. The beach is 300 yds from your door down the Beach Rd sidewalk.
