Del Mar is awesome, and you will live privately and quietly in the 
center of all of the action! Steps to the warm southern California 
beach, Powerhouse Park, fun/upscale restaurants, shopping, 
lattes- all in Del Mar. Add to this, the race track is 5 min. away, 
and an easy drive takes you to all San Diego offers- Legoland, 
Zoos, Sea World, Tijuana. Only a 20 min. ride to airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

Take $1100 off the July weekly price, and just walk over to the Del Mar
Race Track- about 15 minutes walking or less less than 5 minutes driving.
*Summer 08= $3875 weekly (July 4 week=$4850)
*Off-season - Monthly $4250 plus $300 electrical/cable/wireless internet) 
              1 wk.=$3325 ($475 nt) $525 nt if less than 1 week
Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Labor Day, and
Memorial Day)$3875 wk
Refundable Security Deposit of $1000, included in first payment.
*Cleaning fee = $200
*Additional =$50 daily per person over 2 people effective all year
