The third floor living area is designed for large group gatherings and entertaining. The home is also handicap accessible with a extra large elevator and a roll in shower on the third floor. Enjoy relaxing and reading a book in the sitting area by the fireplace or watch the 46" plasma flat screen TV on a comfortable sectional couch. Enjoy the 4 decks that the home has. There is also a second rec room on the first floor with its own wet bar and beverage refrigerator. This room can be used for the kids to play there video games on the 37" plasma flat screen TV. The very large master bedroom has its own fireplace and two sitting areas..one by the 46" plasma/HD flat screen and a separate area for reading.
