Our large Flagler "Sunshine" Beach House oceanfront home sleeps 18-20. This house is perfect for 2 families. Second level sleeps 12 and is separate form lower level. The lower level sleeps 8.

Our Flagler Sunshine Beach House sits directly on the beach with a massive deck that is great for entertaining or just sunbathing. Just steps to the ocean down its own beach access path makes this home a place to visit year after year.

The Sunshine Beach House is ideal for family reunions with the large open floor plan, two kitchens, two living rooms, two washer & dryers, many TVs/DVDs for entertaining. Wake to ocean breezes and unforgettable sunrise. Stroll the beach, cast your fishing pole or bring your surfboard for a surfing experience to be remembered, or just build sand castles all day long with the kids. Note: This house has a unique split configuration.

Bedding: The upper unit A has 1 King bed (sleeps 2), 2 Queen bed (sleeps 2 - 4), 5 single beds (sleeps 5), 1 queen pullout sofa bed in Living room (sleeps 2).The lower unit B has 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), 2 single beds (sleeps 2), and 2 queen pullout sofa bed in Living rooms (sleeps 2-4).Our unique Sunshine Beach House can be utilized a number of different ways. The upper unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 to 8), 1 large loft area accessible by a ladder (with sleeping for 3), 2 full bathroom, 1 full kitchen, 1 large dining area, 1 washer & dryer, and a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The lower unit has a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 full kitchen, 1 living room, 1 family room, 1 washer & dryer, and 1 car garage. This is the perfect house a large family or two families wishing to vacation together that can enjoy separate living quarters.

Also suited wonderfully for a family and In-laws that can share the same oceanfront home while still maintaining privacy when needed.Note: The upper loft area (sleeps 3) is accessible by a ladder. The upper level of the house is accesible by 2 sets of stairs (one outside and one inside) and the beach is accessible by an access walkway and stairs that decline to the beach. This house is not handicapped accessible. There is no elevator or lift.
