The apartment is a two-floor garden level home with backyard access (please reserve your smoking for the garden) and all the comforts of home.

There are two bedrooms one queen and one fullsize bed. There is also a large living-room with two twin sleeper couches - easily made into a kingsize bed. (This very easily can function as a third bedroom). There are two bathrooms (both conveniently located in the hallway, so guests do not have to walk through each other's rooms to get to them. There is a very large kitchen (for NY standards); three decorative fireplaces; a washer and dryer; flat screen TVs with cable and DVD; an Ipod docking station; telephone; cable and wireless internet; free magazines; books and games. There is also an loft/studio with separate entrance, kitchen and bath that sleeps 2 -4 people which can be added to the rental for an extra $100 a night.

The house is just a 15 minute subway ride to Manhattan take the famous Duke Ellington "A Train." Nearby you'll find the world famous Brooklyn Museum; sprawling Parks; the famous Brooklyn Bridge; world class Restaurants; the famous BAM Theater for dance; concerts and cinema and the best bookstores coffee shops in all of New York. The wonderful thing about Brooklyn is it is so close to Manhattan, but has a style and a charm all its own. We also provide a book with information on where to go and what to see while you stay in New York.
