Spectacular Ocean View --Steps from the Beach in Rosarito

New beautiful 2 story home in gated beach front community. Granite counters in kitchen. Modern furniture. Listen to the crashing waves. Courtyard with fireplace, modern kitchen, ocean facing deck with barbeque, fabulous great room, and laundry facilities. The beach is just steps away. Close to many wonderful restaurants. You will need to send us a $100 deposit to hold your reservation. Your payment in full is required 2 weeks before your reservation. Minimum age for rental is 25 years. 8-10 people only. Groups larger than 10 will be charged $25 per person per night.

This home can also be rented as a Bed and Breakfast. Bed and Breakfast rooms are rented $125 a night which include breakfast and afternoon Hors Doeuvres and cocktail hour.

Enjoy a great beach. Tennis courts, club house, gated community.
Great deck with gas barbecue. 4 car garage, beach chairs, surf boards, wet suits, ping pong table. Linens provided and full service kitchen.

The pictures you see on this website doesn't do justice to this amazing home. Once you digest the great layout of this home, you feel like you are home, it is this that comfortable. The secure development help put your mind at ease. Our family had a wonderful stay here. We experienced a great lobster dinner at Puerto Nuevo which is close by, but mainly we stayed at the beach. My family either rode horses or rode quads along the beach, some of our did both. It was a great getaway, we all really enjoyed ourselves. Looking to go back there. Thanks Kathy

It was the first time we rented a wkd property and what a great experience it was! Kathy was so helpful and patient & answered all our ?'s which made the process very easy. Plus, the house was Ahhh-mazing. It was almost like staying at your own home, but waaaay better. Only a few steps from the beach and sand dunes, 2 miles from Puerto Nuevo, 15min from Rosarito and 30 min from Ensenada, we spent most of our time in or at the beach. We visited Rosarito's nightlife Saturday which was really chill this time a year(a good thing if you do not like massive crowds). If you have a large group it's worth it to call a taxi ($40 roundtrip) so no one has to drink and drive. We did not make it to Ensenada this trip, but for sure we will next time. It IS the perfect spot! I recommend this house to everyone, large groups or small. The description says it all. You will not be disappointed. We will be coming back!! Thanks Kathy!

This house is fabulous! We went another couple and enjoyed every minute. It is located in a very secure development and is in a great location to experience Baja. We made it to Ensenada in about 30 minutes and had a lot of great Mexican food close by. The house has everything you need and even has a ping pong table to release all the stress! We will definitely be back again soon!

Lots of wonderful restaurants very close by. Visit Lobster Village just a few miles away! La Fonda is just a few miles south of our house. Horseback riding is available as is Fox Studio tours. Ensenada is only 30 minutes away.
