Immaculately kept, this PROFESSIONALLY-DECORATED double level PENTHOUSE is comfortable and quiet boasting a private outdoor balcony with a table and chairs and the privacy of 2 MASTER SUITES and a BUNK BED KIDS CUBBY. 

Come take a dip in the beautiful HEATED OCEANSIDE POOL, soothe tired muscles in the JACUZZI, have lunch under the GAZEBO or take the Resort Boardwalk that allows beach access to a spectacular private stretch of pristine beach with warm waters, rolling waves and soft sand….

FIRST LEVEL MASTER SUITE  is decorated in classic red and blue has a queen sized bed with fresh linens,  Entertainment Armoire w/Cable TV/DVD , closet, and double sliders that open to the balcony. There is also PRIVATE BATHROOM with a Stand up tiled shower, removable shower head and hairdryer.

SECOND LEVEL MASTER SUITE is decorated in soft blue & dark navy and has a queen sized bed with fresh linens, Cable TV, separate dressing area with a counter & large mirror, and double windows that allow ample bright sunshine in. Off the Master there is a KIDS CUBBY comlete with BUNK BEDS. There is also PRIVATE BATHROOM with a Bathtub & Stand up tiled shower , both have removable shower heads and hairdryer.

The Modern KITCHEN has all new  full sized appliances, flat top stove, over the range microwave and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils for family dining. It overlooks the DINING ROOM area that has a table with seating for 4 and living room for an open-space feel with an adjoining BREAKFAST BAR with stools. The unit is equipped with a stackable full sized WASHER and DRYER off the kitchen for convenient use.

The LIVING ROOM is decorated in bright shades of yellow, red, orange and blue. It has a pull out queen size sofa bed, futon, rocking chair, a FLAT SCREEN Cable TV/DVD,   and DOUBLE SLIDERS opening to the Private BALCONY with a partial ocean view. Blacony features a high-top table with stools. This is a great place to relax, dine outside, listen the waves or just watch the kids at the pool..

We are Centrally Located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches. Make sure you visit Historic Cocoa Village for it's unique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.
