Casa Fuentes in San Miguel de Allende

Our property consists of three town houses, one of which we live in. The rental property Casa Las Fuentes has just been renovated and it is surrounded by gardens and out door living places. The Atascadro section of Arco de San Miguel is very quiet and established. The neighborhood is 50% American/European. We are 15 minute walk to the center of San Miguel. The Casa Fuentes has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, the maid "Lola" comes weekly to clean and she will do your laundry. We stock the refrigerator for you first breakfast. Everyone who has stayed her loves the fact that each town house has 3 separate areas to relax outside. Wireless internet and comfortable furnishings. We are a retired couple enjoying our Mexican experience, come on down and join us.

San Miguel de Allende has much to offer in terms of historic buildings, many fine restaurants, a wonderful public library that is the heart of social activities. Many concerts, plays, recitals and festivals. There is something going on every day or you can relax and read in the gardens.

Monthly rental $1895, two continuous weeks $1300. Credit cards accepted however add 5.5%, personal checks accepted drawn on USA banks,50% deposit with booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival. Refund 100% 60 days prior to rental date on lease. Security deposit required,
