Our Beach House is 85 yards from the beach. The houses' layout is great for multiple families. Seven of the eight bedrooms have their own bath and access to decks. All bedrooms have their own TV (to include flat screens, some with a DVD player). Hang out, on the third floor, in the living room with the large flat screen TV and fireplace, dining room with ample seating, or kitchen with flat cook top oven, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks, built in microwave, refrigerator and breakfast bar. Don't miss the decks, where you can check out the ocean views. Also, on the top level is a half bath and 2 king bedrooms, one with a spa tub. The mid level has 2 king beds, 1 queen and a room with a duo bunkbed, as well as the laundry room. The ground level has one queen and a room with 2 twins, along with a rec room with a pool table, flat screen TV and an additional refrigerator. Privacy OR togetherness, is your choice! Take advantage of the shaded porch swing or deck furniture while watching the kids burn off some energy while riding their bikes along the neighbor friendly street. If that doesn't work, take them to the playground and gameroom at the clubhouse or to Duck's brand new 11 acre park, with a community playground, down the street. The house is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. A great vegetable/fruit stand is on the corner, along with a Pizza place. Be sure to check out the many unique and interesting stores at Scarbourgh Faire and Lane. It is a brief walk, to pamper yourself at Aqua Day Spa, and a short drive for a golf outing at one of the many public courses.
