There is a queen-sized futon on the first floor in a room that can be used as a bedroom. A cot and a crib can be placed in any of the rooms. This charming, recently renovated 1886 Victorian is located on a quiet street 3 blocks to guarded beaches and 2 blocks to the center of town. It is a great home. It has central air and heat, wireless internet, 4 TVs (2 flat screen) with premium sports/movie packages, board games, books, and a regulation-size pool table. Comfortable furnishings, a spacious front porch with rockers, 2 enclosed sun porches, and gracious dining and breakfast areas. The kitchen is well stocked. Three short blocks to the beach and center of boardwalk area. Two short blocks to downtown walking mall lined with fountains and gas lamps. Near water sports, fishing, water parks, amusement rides, bird watching, nature trails, golfing and great beaches. Cape May is great for bike riding. Great restaurants!

Summer season rates range from $3000 to $6500.  Off season weekly rate is $3000.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks are offered at $4200 each. 

Off season two day weekends with late checkout are $1775.  Three day weekends with late checkout are $2250.
