This beach duplex is sitting across the street from a low bank beach access.
A comfortable duplex with both side using bright cheery color in the decor.

Side A,
The Marview Suite is 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with a trundle bed, 2 twins.

Side B
The Marview Retreat is a 1 bedroom with a queen and a double futon in the living room.
You have a very good view so enjoy whale watching, the winter storms or a glorious
sunset all from the comfort of a easy chair.

Side A
The Marview Suite has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with 1 bath
The Living room has a TV and DVD. Very good view and you beach access is just seconds away.  Sheets and owels are furnished.
This side also is good for a month or 2 stay.

Side B
The Marview Retreat is 1 large bedroom, a kitchen and living room wit 1 bath.
The living room has a TV and VCR, also a double futon. If you live in a cold climate in the winter time and want to get away for a month or so, this is your perfect place. Great view.  Sheets and towels are furnished.
The Beach access is very easy, just across a 2 lane residenial street, to the beach access. There is no stairs, just a ramp onto the beach.

This home is located just a mile south of the Factory Stores,
Five miles south of the casino.
A casino bus goes right by the door every hour.
Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes
away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.
Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south.
Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.

Summer / Holiday (Major Holidays) Rate: $140.00 per night each side
Or you can rent both side for 200.00 per night.

Winter Rate Special: $110.00 per night each side
from October 1st to Memorial weekend.
You can rent both side for 150.00 per night
Monthly Rate: Short term monthly rent is 950.00 each side.

 SUMMER MONTHS .... JUNE TO OCTOBER ...  MONTH RATE IS 1050.00.

Week Rate: 7th night free.. Two night minimum
Rate Notes: No more than 6-8 people, Does not include 10.5 % room tax.
Rate Notes: $50 refundable damage deposit when home
left damage free, each side.
Cleaning: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 40.00 each side or 70.00 for both.
