Rates:

Weekly rentals are 6 night 7 day stays, check in and check out is negotiable depending on occupancy.

Winter Weekly Rates: $550 (Oct 1 - Feb 27)

Winter Daily Rates - $200/weekday, $225 weekend (Fri/Sat).  $50.00 cleaning fee for any stays less than 2 days. 

Monthly rates $2,000 (includes 4 weeks and availability depends on occupancy)

Rental includes ALL utilities and basic cable, and high speed internet.  Phone is not included. 

Security deposit $500, additional $200 for each pet.
