Beautiful Bayview home with its own private pool. The top floor has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Large living room to relax in. Master bedroom has a queen bed with balcony to view the Bay. Downstairs are the addition 3 bedrooms. One with queens, one with two twin beds, and one king. Outside you have your own private pool with grilling station. Also a half bath and outside shower for your convenience.
This house is equipped for you!! St. James Bay Golf Course is only about a half hour away. It is a world class course with a great pro shop, restaurant and GPS equipped carts. Bring your fishing equipment and kayak/canoe as there is state park and canoe launch just around the corner. Lots of deck space and open deck around the pool to just lay around!

There are bicycles, kayaks, mopeds, sailboats, jet skis, tandem bikes, deck boats, etc. to rent within a couple miles from the house. Off-shore fishing, bay fishing, river fishing , excursions for the whole family, the estuary lab in Apalachicola and soon to come in Eastpoint is great for the whole family to visit. Scalloping is in season June and July and part of September. Crabbing for Blue crab, and just eating great seafood are some of the many things available.
