Book for 2011& get 20% off regular rates May-December are 1095 weekly (876 with discount) or 2995 monthly (2396 with discount)! Get 10% off all 2012 vacations. January-April regular rates are 1295 weekly (1165 with discount) or 3995 monthly (3595 with discount). The deposit is 200 and fully refunded when home is left in good condition. Pet deposit is 200 and fully refundable. Rates include tax and cleaning. Nightly rates Jan-April are 250 per night (225 with discount) and May-Dec. is 195 per night (175 with discount). There is a three night minimum stay and a 100 cleaning fee applies for stays of less than one week. For stays of longer than 2 weeks 10% is due with deposit and deducted from balance. We read the reviews before deciding to take this home for our two week vacation and we're glad we did. We almost took it last year but decided on another home nearby which was a little dissapointing. It didn't look like the pictures and was smaller than we had thought so we were happy this home was available this year.
The owners leave a very informative information sheet with the Wi-Fi Code, day of trash pick up, where things were, and all we needed to just start our vacation. There was ice in the freezer, plenty of fresh towels, hand towels, wash clothes, soaps, paper towels, tissues, and so on.
They called to make sure we were checked in and had everything then let us enjoy the home in private. We called them once to ask about recommendations for restaurants in Siesta Village and that was it. We heard from them the afternoon we checked out to see if we had enjoyed our stay. Yes, and we'll be returning.
The village can be crowded so we walked there often. Very convenient. My son and daughter used the bikes almost every day. This was a pleasant vacation. The home is kept very well and the yard was nice and peaceful, but close to it all. We prefer to be away from the bustle while located for easy access so this was the perfect spot. Thanks to the owners and we hope to come back to Siesta Key soon. Michele and Bernard V.

Our family had fun! A home big enough for us all.

We've been surprised in the past when the vacation home turns out to be much smaller than it looks in the pictures so this was a refreshing surprise. It has big rooms, a big yard, and we all felt we had our own space. My son broke the blender the 2nd day and Megan (one of the owners) was there that afternoon with a new one. Now that's service. All of the appliances are new and the home is kept very clean.The full capacity washer and dryer came in handy for our group. My husband made use of the large hammock and I had friends over for Bridge. There's a nice game table with cards and games. Since parking can be an issue during busy times, we walked to the village alot. The street has very little traffic and the canal across from the home is lovely. We had a few chilly nights but the home was warm and Siesta Key has one of the prettiest beaches we've seen. As soon as we can plan our next getaway we'll be back to the same place. Why take a chance when we were so pleased with this home? We want to thank the owners for being so nice and accomodating. Francis K.

Owners response: As owners of this vacation rental we appreciate feedback and leave an information sheet for each guest check in. At the bottom of the sheet we ask for any suggestions on improving their stay. Many of our vacationers are returning for the 2nd or 3rd time and the home has only been available for less than 3 years as a rental. We want our guests to have all they need and to enjoy their vacations so it's good to know they want to come back. One of the many things that is so important is our cleaning team. They have been with us since day 1 and we hope they will be with us for years to come. Thay deserve alot of the credit for dependability, efficiency, and always leave the home very clean and orderly. Any potential new guests who are thinking about renting from us can always contact us and we will answer any questions about the home or Siesta Key and surrounding areas. We are long time residents and believe this is a beautiful place to live and vacation. A great place to vacation with very nice owners.

We have a daughter and 2 grandchildren. We also have a small dog. This was a good fit for us because the large back yard is fenced and safe. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own "space" and not feel crowded. The owners had no problem with our having different members of our family visiting for a week or two while we stayed there. The home has everything we needed and it's very clean. We don't cook every day when on vacation but the kitchen is fully equiped and ready for people who like to entertain. My husband and I wanted to take the custom wood dining room table home with us. It's so nice and we did actually use all 8 chairs several times for dinner get togethers. My daughter is the cook in the family. I love to read and brought some books with me but ended up taking advantage of the library there. My grandson was happy to have his laptop (always on his computer).We've booked for next year but hope we can arrange to stay longer once we get our schedule in order and find out how much time we can take and when our family can visit. Siesta Key is such a nice island and it gets pretty cold in Kentucky. I just wanted to thank the owners for a nice time. Too often people don't take the time. We see Siesta later this year!
