This luxury direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in the Sanddollar complex. The unit's Master bedroom and Living room both open to the large screened porch that overlooks the Gulf. The condo has a high speed cable modem (30Mps - easily fast enough for media streaming) allowing Internet access with either a wireless or Ethernet connection. Our storage area below the building contains beach chairs, sand and water toys.

One Week Minumum Rental - Saturday to Saturday

Reservations: If you'd like to make a reservation, I'll need your name, address, and phone number. I'll enter that info into our rental agent's reservation system and then email you a copy of the reservation. Then you'll need to call our rental agent to place a deposit with your credit card. All payments are made to our rental agent. When you arrive on Sanibel for your vacation, you'll pick up the keys to the condo at our rental agent's office.

Wi-Fi Internet (Very High Speed - 30 Mps)

Beach Locker - we provide a key to our locker below the building, which has beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, noodles, and two adult bikes

Rates include cleaning and a $55 non-refundable reservation fee, payable to our rental agent.  Add 11% tax to the rates listed above.
