Make a day of shopping many small, unique area stores, attend an auction, Or just sit back and relax and listen to the water flowing over the rocks and with breeze whistling thru the tall trees....Laze around or have a picnic for 2 aside the brook: very private!! Rock climbing at it's very best in these parts, Rumney is well known for spectacular rock climbing!  Situated on a state maintained, but very, very quiet, paved mountain road. House is large enough to sleep 8, and cozy enough for just 2. Well appointed kitchen, linens and towels provided. Come lower your blood pressure, get away from it all and relax. Welcome to Groton!

Gas Grille, DVD/VCR, AM/FM CD player, Karaoke Machine ( for the kids or for those adults that always wanted to TRY it and were too shy! C'mon...you know you WANT to...no one can hear you: you are on 8 acres!!!) Dish Network: local channels, Washer, Dryer, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, iron, Towels and bed linens provided. Beautiful Natural Wood Slab Breakfast Bar, Local phone service. Games, books, movies, cards and poker chips!

LOON Mountain and WATERVILLE VALLEY within 35 minutes!!!   Also: Rumney rock climbing is some of the BEST of New England!!

Newfound Lake, Sculptured Rocks (great picnicing and swimming) , Spectacle Lake ( excellent for a canoe paddle), and Stinson Lake. The Pines Speedway ( for those dirt track car racing enthusiasts) , Clarks Trading Post, Antiqueing,  Auctions ( just down the hill: back woods, old style auction, with something for everyone! I still wish I bid on that Rubber Alien!!), major store shopping ( Hanaford, Walmart, Radio Shack, Marshalls etc) , and many other unique stores, restaurants ( Plain Jane's Diner, Stinson Mountain Grille, Biederman's Deli, The Common Man, Italian Farmhouse and more) Polar Caves, Plymouth State College, Clark's Trading Post, Fish Hatchery, Loudon Racetrack, horseback riding: all within a 30-50 minute drive.

Weekends: typically Fri and Sat nites.
Week: any 7 days: does not have to be Saturday to Saturday
Weeknights: Sunday thru Thursday, generally. Rate is effective when not combined with weekend dates.
Reserve more than 3 nites: get $ 50.00 off the total.(excludes weekly rate)

$ 100 Weekday nights, not combined with week ends

$ 900 per week (includes cleaning)

200/nite, 3 nite minimum for holiday weekends.

1200/ week, includes cleaning.

Spring 2013 April 1-June 15 : $ 100 any night! ( 2 night minimum)

Cleaning/Laundry $ 75.00: applies to all nightly rentals

Summer2013: June 15-Labor day

1000./ week includes cleaning/laundry

165./nite weekends

135/nite weekdays ( not combined with weekends Sun-Thurs)

10% off total for multiple weeks booked at the same time.

Separate Security deposit required: to be returned upon end of stay and return of key. 200 no pets/250 with pets. Owner reserves the right to hold a larger security deposit for larger groups or holiday periods.  Thank You!
