Sanibel is Fun!! Only 25 steps from the private, screened lanai to the sand, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit is one of the closest condos to the beach on Sanibel Island. Kitchen renovations were just completed including all new appliances with a convection microwave, new corian countertops and kitchen cabinets, complimenting the tile floors throughout the living area and bathrooms.
Three new flat screen TVs have been added in the living room, master and guest bedrooms! Unit A6 is equipped with a DVD player, CD and tape player, telephone, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and vacuum. The kitchen is fully equipped including cookware and tableware. Towels and linens are provided and cribs, high chairs, etc. are available for rent.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper.
Wireless internet connection is now available at Pointe Santo and ethernet connections are located in the Clubhouse.
