Located at 414 West Avenue, our 1st floor condo is ideal for the family vacation. Convenient parking (1 car garage, 1 car in the driveway and on street parking) saves time looking for a parking space during the crowded season. Tastefully decorated in "Shore Motif". Central Air Conditioning to relax after a hot day in the sun. A fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances and everything you'll need to feel at home. The Island in the kitchen is a great work space or can be used to seat 4 more people for dining. The large living room with it's cathedral ceiling and comfortable furniture offers the ability to sit and read a book, play games or just relax and watch TV or a movie on the new 47 inch High Definition LCD Flat Screen TV. The dining room seats 6 - 8 comfortably.
The Master bedroom comes equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, a dresser and night stands. All rooms have the luxury of ceiling fans. The large Master bathroom is conveniently located off the main hall next to the laundry room.
