Master bath has a huge soaking tub. Custom gourmet kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite counters & island. Living room is roomy, with a dramatic stone wood burning fireplace, French doors, beveled glass, antique, comfortable furnishings. Garden has a large lawn, totally fenced (ideal for kids) & tropical landscaping.

Off-peak season: After Labor Day to beginning of June except for holidays. $1795 per week. $270 weekdays to $300 per night weekends. 3 night minimum.
Peak season $1995 per week. $290 per night weekdays & $340 weekends. 3 night minimum stay.
+12% city tax on rent for stays less than 30 days.
Cleaning fee: $125 to $145 depending on length of stay & # of people.
Deposit: $400 to $700 depending on season & length of stay.
