extends 16 miles up to Providence. A dock with floats facilitates
swimming and boating. A formal perennial garden and huge beech trees
add to the appeal. Vegetables, fruit trees and a cutting garden are
on the property. Bristol is an extremely attractive small town with
fine restaurants and museums, just a short drive from Newport or
Providence. It is filled with picturesque colonial homes, museums
and great restaurants.

Bristol was long the home of America's Cup yachts and many sailing
events are held in Narragansett Bay and Bristol Harbor.

Amenities include air conditioning, dock and floats, bicycles, croquet
and badminton, an outdoor shower, water sports. Flowers, fruits
