This home has a private beach area with a sandy beach of approx 115 ft. The location is 2miles from the Torch Lake Sandbar and  Rivera Restaurant, Marina and Party store. You also have a full service grocery store and gas station-4 miles (The Village Market). Alden is only 5-6 miles.
This home is very clean and updated has a one car garage and a full basement, and sunroom. CATV is provided. You have a temporary mooring for your boat. Lawn chairs, bonfire pit and lots of decking.
A new patio set, Gas and charcoal grill also available.

This home has everything you need, except towels and beach towels. The kitchen is equipment with a brand new electric stove and dishwasher and refrigerator. It has new nonstick pots and pans and baking ware. Toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, coffeepot, and anything else you can thing of needing. The Living Room has a couch with one recliner and a love seat, Each bedroom has a queen size bed in them and the back sunroom has beautiful wicker furniture and an air mattress. The basement is unfinished but very clean and has two twin beds and an air mattress to accomadate sleeping needs. The basement also has a washer and dryer for your use. There is a gas grill in the garage and storage space with electric garage door.

This home is close to The Turtle Creek Casino and Traverse City - 25-30 minutes
The Famous Dockside Bar & Grill.- 20 minutes by water and 8-9 miles around by road. The Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Lodge is about 15-20 minutes or 8-9 miles also. Elk Rapids is close by only about 6-7 miles to enjoy Harbour Days.
