A charming house located right on the Ojai -Ventura Bike & Horse Trail. Breathtaking views of the mountains, Sycamore trees, horses and the wildlife, will be your view from the secluded slate rock deck. The outdoor viewing deck comes complete with a huge tiki cabana dinning set, brand new 6-person Spa Jacuzzi & BBQ ready for cooking. It so amazing to just step out your door and take a bike ride or morning walk either way to Ojai or Ventura. We have top of the line Specialized bikes all ready for you. The House is cozy and, comes complete with a flat screen TV,DVD, King-size Bed, and a Queen-size pull out sleeper sofa. In the partial kitchen you will find a dinning table, separate eating bar, microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The dacor is whimsical with touches of leopard, zebra & deep reds. The entire floor is laid in gorgeous colorful slate rock with Indonesian rugs. This house is very private with a gated entrance.
