This beautiful 3 year old top floor fully furnished condo with heated pool is located one block from the beach. This unit offers one large bedroom, two full baths, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, etc., and a laundry room with washers and dryers. It also features central air conditioning and two TVs with DVD/VCR players.
This condominium features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , private bathroom, comforter, pillows, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a bathroom. This condo would be great for a family of four or two couples.
One car covered parking is included.
All you need to start your vacation is to provide your own bed linens, towels (beach & bath), and paper products.
We rent to families and adults only. Must be 25 years or older. No pets and no smoking please.
