This spacious, two story, gated home is located oceanside near mile marker 92.5 at the end of a quiet street, just 4.5 miles south of Key Largo. Your stay will be perfect in this fully equipped "keys" style home, which has been tastefully reappointed with new furniture, kitchenware, and linens as of 2007. If you have children, you will be happy to know that the property is located on a dead end street, fully fenced and gated for your relaxation.

The ground floor and surrounding property is tropically landscaped with a patio that runs the length of the property. There is a patio room which is perfect for a quiet daytime read or the center for an evening drink with friends. In addition to this, there is outdoor grilling equipment for those who like to cook out. Adjacent to this area, there is a studio apartment, which can comfortably sleep two in a queen size select comfort bed. The studio also features a beautiful full bath.

The second story main floor is where you will find sleeping for 7-10 people with three bedrooms and two spacious baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen bedding, with bunk beds in the third. The bottom bunk of the bunk bed is a full size mattress with a pull out trundle mattress under the bed. All queen beds have new quality linens and select comfort sleep number mattresses. There are also an infant crib and pull out couch for additional sleeping space. The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Kitchen, dining area, living room and master bedroom all have great ocean views. The large TVs throughout the house are DVD/VCR capable. It is important to note that this home has new ownership as of April 2006 and all furniture, beds, bedding, linens, outside equipment, etc. are new.

Off from these areas there is a veranda deck that plays host to a commanding view of the ocean, an offshore island, and a beautifully designed Jacuzzi hot tub and pool which has been newly installed in 2008! The hot tub has a waterfall into the heated and lighted pool and both have a spectacular view of the ocean! As you walk around back through tropically appointed landscaping, you will notice a patio that runs the length of the lot and 65 feet of powered dockage protected by a natural break water, perfect for those who are bringing their boat. Off shore in front of the home is a fun snorkeling and fishing spot. Most homes in the keys are located on canals so don't miss out on this unique ocean front home where you can enjoy both the view of an ocean front home along with the fishing and boat access of a canal home!

The fun never ends in the Florida Keys! Whether you are on land or water, you can do it all! With the ocean front dock you are only minutes away from the hottest snorkel/scuba and fishing spots in all of Florida. You have dozens of exciting destinations to choose from including John Penne Kamp State Park with the famous Christ statue as well as the shallow Alligator Reef with its towering lighthouse. Islamorada, the sport fishing capital of the world is only a few miles south where you will find the best deep sea charter fishing in the keys (we recommend Captain George McElveen aboard the "Reel McCoy" located at "Bud and Mary's" mile marker 80). Looking for fun on the water, but not in the mood for a big ocean adventure? Just cruise about 2 miles to Tavernier Creek and you will have endless access to backwater fishing. The keys may be small, but they are packed with exciting entertainment. There is Holiday Isle where you can rent jet skis and relax on the sandy beaches. You can spend days shopping in the Tavernier and Islamorada areas, but be sure to stop for lunch at the Islamorada Fish Company located right next door to the World Wide Sportsman. "Theater of the Sea" is a must-see, with exciting dolphin shows, swimming with the dolphins and where you can feed massive tarpon! A day trip to Key West is a must-do with endless shopping and activities. We recommend stopping at Bahia Honda State Park on the way down to Key West, (between Key Largo to Islamorada). Here you will also find the best fine dining the area has to offer!
