Vacation Rental Description

Location, Location, Location!! Just 3.5 miles from I-75! (30 Min. from Knoxville) 
During off season the home can be rented as a 6 bd 3  
bath, 3bd 2 ba, or 3 bd 1 ba. It can divide into two separate  
homes, each with their own private entrances, or with large groups  
can be opened up totally from an interior stairway.  Total privacy  
for all with two living rooms, 2 complete large kitchens, dining  
rooms, water heaters, etc. This is an extremely relaxing home with all new appliances 
and is just a mere 1000 ft. from the ramp at The Willows at Twin Cove! 
 The home is completely equipped with everything you need for your vacation,  
linens, towels, extensively equipped kitchens, 2 televisions, vcrs,  
CD player...and most of all an awesome view all the way around. This will be one of your most  
inspiring vacations and we look forward to putting you on our calendar. Summer  
reservations should be made very early and go from Saturday to  
Saturday only for the whole 6 bedroom home.  
Off season we are more flexible with numbers of days and also you  
may rent the 6 or 3 bedroom part of the home.

Twin Cove Marina offers a Full-service marina with entertainment and theme events often  
Party Boat, Pontoon Boats, Ski Boats, Wave Runners (for the energetic), Canoes & Paddleboats Rentals  
Wakeboard, Ski, Kneeboard, & Tube Rentals. 
Amenities include swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and swimming area.  On site store &  
dining opportunities.  
Fishing tours (Cove Creek Charters)  
Outdoor Pavilion with picnic & playground nearby  
 Norris lake has 900 miles of shoreline and over 150 miles of tributaries dotted with marinas  
which are conveniently located for your boating tours.

Activities and Attractions

For the photographer, there are limitless opportunities for beautiful and varied photographs of the  
surrounding area.  Cove Lake State Park, Super WalMart, and Movie theater (Just $2-Adult!) in town 7  
miles.  
Shopping in Knoxville just 30 min, and Gatlinburg just within 1 hr!!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

High season is June through Labor Day. The 9 months of off-season  
are greatly reduced and a beautiful time of year to be there. This  
approx. 3000 sq ft home is situated on a spectacular full acre of  
Norris lake front.    
 Contact owner for specific rates on shorter stays during the off season months. 
 
$260/night or $1600/wk  Rent 6 nights-get one free! 
Security deposit (due 14 days from booking)$500 
Balance is due 60 days prior to reservation. 
Rates are subject to change-until confirmed. 
Must cancel 60 days of rental term or the cancellation fee is the security fee. 
  
Cleaning Fee                              $ 150 
Tennessee tax                              14.25%
