Boat launch 2 blocks away, or also in Bemus Point and Celeron.  Dock available  to tie your boat.  Large A-line roof over deck facing the lakeview will shade your outdoor pleasure of grilling or reading and relaxing. Quiet area, great lake view from the deck (as pictured), new screened windows , grill, washer/dryer ,lots of kitchen cabinets , 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs ,sleeps 6,(bunkbeds in one room, x-tra downstairs room has 2 beds that can be used for 2 more),queensize in one, dressers, twin in another , hardwood floors, woodburning fireplace, tv/cable, internet,just outside Jamestown city line so it's close to everything. Summertime for the LucyFest and wineries and Chautauqua Institute. In winter, just a hop on the Rte 17 (86 now) expressway entrance ( 2 minutes away), to 90 west or east, will get you to the ski resorts, or Erie,Pa or Grove City,Pa outlets for tax free shopping, or Salamanca or Seneca Niagara for the Casinos. Parking for 2 cars near house. 550 per week sat to sat summer rates, 650 July 4th and Labor day and Memorial day weeks. Air conditioner. no smoking ;and well-behaved,non-chewing pets may stay with you!
