The townhouse property backs up to the canal and is located 1.5 miles from the public beaches. It is located in a cul-de-sac community with a community pool. The townhouses are set back from the community road and therefore have almost no traffic other than the townhome parking. A small boat launch is located just outside of the entrance to the community. Every bedroom is a Master Bedroom Suite. The 2nd floor is an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, living room and sunroom in continuous open space.

The Family room has a queen size Sofabed and there are 2 twin folding mattresses that can be placed anywhere in the house.

Each Bedroom is a Master Bedroom with it's own private full Bathroom plus there is a half bath on the Kitchen level. Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. Washer and Dryer, Central Air, ground floor patio with Grill, Ceiling Fans throughout, full Kitchen with all utensils and small appliances, all stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar eating area with second sink, surround sound system in the family room, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster/oven, etc. Fireplace in the Family room and Master Bedroom Suite. With the Private Elevator there is wheelchair access to all levels and no step entry through the garage. TV/DVD in each bedroom, flat screen TV in the Family room. Parking areas in front of the building, community pool in front of the townhouse. Sunroom area has a full glass wall facing the woods and the canal. Family games and DVD selection in the Family Room. Beyond the beds in each bedroom (King size in the Master Suite) there are also 3 double Futons/Coaches and 3 Twin size convertable Chair/Beds. We also have 3 folding twin mattresses that can go anywhere which expand sleeping to 20 people.

Public Beaches are close by and also located up and down route 1. Kayak/Hobie Cat/Windsurfing rentals are all close by. Ski Jet rentals at Fenwick. Bear Trap Golf Course is close by (2 miles), kids playground in the "downtown" Bethany area. Gym Facilities are in Bethany at World Gym, a new workout facility with daily passes and multi-pass options. Rehoboth Outlets are 20 minutes North, Ocean City Boardwalk is 20 minutes South. A huge selection of restaurants in Bethany, Fenwick, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and of course Ocean City, MD. Local newly renovated and expanded Bethany Library is a 3 minute drive away.
