This adorable cottage is located in the Village of Pentwater, just 5 short blocks to the main street of Lowell. Walk to town, the beach, shopping, dining, church, basically everything in Pentwater!

This home is brand new, with all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, cookware, patio furniture, tv - you name it! The large yard is perfect for letting the kids run around.

Pillows and comforters are provided, renters must supply linens and towels. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1 - 2 twin, 1 twin trundle bed; Bedroom 2 - Queen bed; Bedroom 3 - Queen bed.

Cleaning service available upon request, or you can clean it yourself.

Swimming, beaching - the Mears State Park is a short bike ride away
Dining, shopping, entertainment - walk to town and enjoy all the shops and restaurants, plus summer events at the Village Green

Small dogs are welcome for an additional $125/each
Security Deposit of $500 is required in advance.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, with check in at 4pm and check out at 10am
