vacation rental description

--Summary--
This charming beach house is located just two blocks from one of the more quiet stretches of Juno Beach. It includes two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, spacious living room, screened porch, large fenced backyard with sunbathing area, and a carport sufficient for one vehicle (another can fit in the driveway). The house has new carpet throughout, except for the dining room and kitchen (tiled), and comes fully furnished and provisioned (dinnerware, kitchen utensils, etc.). A central air-conditioning unit maintains a comfortable living environment and helps cool you down after those nice invigorating trips to the beach. The entire property is professionally landscaped and maintained.

--Interior--
The kitchen comes complete with a full refrigerator, oven, stovetops, microwave, and dishwasher. It is elaborated in tropical yellow tile and complemented by white cabinets. There is sufficient storage space for all the groceries you may need during your stay. In the early afternoon, one can enjoy the soft sunlight that illuminates this part of the house.

The dining room presents a large glass table with four chairs in white imitation leather. In one corner, a small vertical cupboard can store your wine and liquor selections, while in another a metal decorative table (with small shelves) keeps the phone and any reading material you may bring along nearby. This room is also brightened by windows on either side.

In the living room, large panoramic windows and a large leather wrap-around sofa invite you to relax. One end table is provided, along with a centerpiece for any miscellaneous items. A full leather recliner and small entertainment center (TV, cable, VCR and DVD included) complete the ensemble.

Both bedrooms are of a generous size and include ample closet space. One boasts a king size bed and the other a queen size bed and an armoire with a TV. Night tables with drawers flank the beds in both rooms, and two windows provide a source of illumination in the rooms during the day.

There is one bathroom located inside the house with a tub, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. A small window sheds light into this room and overlooks part of the backyard.

The other bathroom consists of a shower and toilet, and is situated in the utility room adjacent to the carport, which also houses the washer and dryer. This bathroom is perfect for a shower just before / right after heading to or returning from the beach.

--Exterior--
The screened porch is equipped with chairs and a small, propane-powered barbecue grill. Prepare your favorite steaks while your family enjoys the backyard tanning area. Chairs are also provided for the carport and small front porch, which serve as good outdoor conversation spots at night. The property can be lit up at night with one lawn lamp and auxiliary spotlights.

activities and attractions in Juno Beach Atlantic Coast South

Juno Beach is like a crossroads between two vibrant cities: a three hour drive on I-95 North will take you to Orlando and the Disney area, while a two hour drive on I-95 South leads you to Miami.

Nevertheless, the idea of a crossroads applies locally as well. From this convenient location, you can access many dining, shopping, leisure, and entertainment venues. On foot, you fill find several restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Juno Beach Town Center and Ocean Drive, both only a block away. Beside the Town Center, an inviting and splendidly lanscaped Pelican Lake provides a great opportunity to exercise or go bird or fish watching. A half-mile running loop surrounds this park, which includes a playground for children, several fountains, benches, and grassy areas to lay out in.

Perhaps the best on-foot access is the beach. Two blocks from the house, you have an unguarded beach where you can fish and enjoy watersports of any kind. A bit further north (about a mile walk, or a short drive), you will find the Juno Beach Pier, the local surfing and fishing hub. Rollerblades or a bike are also great way to see all that Ocean Drive has to offer.

However, the use of a car expands your possibilities much more. Kayak, scuba, and boat rentals are readily available at any one of the numerous marinas and dive / surf shops in the vicinity. This will permit you to further explore the Floridian lifestyle closely tied to the water. Go snorkeling or scuba diving at Coral Cove Park, only fifteen minutes to the north; take a tour of recently renovated Peanut Island Park, only twenty minutes to the south, and home of an artificial reef, pristine water, and the former nuclear bunker of President John F. Kennedy. If you feel like staying ashore, check out the nature trails at Loggerhead Park, or its big brother, Jonathan Dickinson Park.

By car, you are a three minute drive from PGA Boulevard, which takes you to the renowned Gardens Mall, restaurants, and world-class golf courses. Within five minutes, the brand new Legacy Place downtown center awaits, which offers shopping, restaurants, and a movie theatre. Only ten minutes away, you can access Donald Ross Road and the Abacoa Town Center, which houses the honors campus of Florida Atlantic University, Roger Dean Stadium, several golf courses, and great restaurants. Twenty minutes to the south, you will find City Place, another bustling spot for restaurants, bars, clubs, movies, and shopping.

All in all, be prepared for a memorable and well-balanced vacation experience. The great thing about Juno Beach is that you can take in the sun and the sights of nature without leaving behind the fun of city life.

**Any questions regarding things to do during your stay will gladly be answered by the owner. Feel free to contact me.**
