Weirs Beach. SPOTLESS! Walk to Everything! in Lake Winnipesaukee

This is a 3-bedroom cottage. Two of the bedrooms have full-size beds & the third has a twin bunk. The living room, kitchen & dining room are one large area. The living room has a pull-out sofa as well as a futon couch that pulls out to a full-size bed. Hardwood floors throughout and it has cathedral ceilings. It has a screened-in porch with table & chairs. There is also a gas grill with this unit. Cottage offers a view of the channel that connects Paugus Bay to Lake Winnipesaukee. Air-conditioned.

Pizza, ice cream, arcades, batting cages, waterslides, go-karts, water bumper cars and rock-climbing wall are all in walking distance. As is the public beach and restaurants. Daytona Fun Park & Logs of Fun Arcade is just steps away & offers BRAND NEW SKY~TRAIL NAVIGATOR.  Gunstock Mountain Adventure Park offering hours of family fun @ the AERIAL TREETOP ADVENTURES, SCENIC LIFT RIDES to the SUMMIT to enjoy STUNNING VIEWS of LAKE WINNEPESAUKEE & MT. WASHINGTON and SEGWAY TOURS are also available.   Weirs Beach also has a DRIVE-IN that is still operating. Mt. Washington Cruise Ship has a dock in Weirs Beach and they offer sight-seeing cruises, dinner/dancing cruises and they also do a wonderful Mother's Day Brunch Cruise.  The SCENIC RAILROAD is also located in Weirs Beach.
We are a short 1.5 hours from Boston.  Located in Laconia, Weirs Beach, NH. Lake Winnepasaukee.
Tanger Outlet Shopping is just 20-minutes from us. North Conway is 1 hour away. Meredith is just 5-miles away.  There are many hiking trails in the immediate area as well.  Tons to do & see.  Squam Science Center is approx 8 miles away. 

During most of July & August cottages rent Saturday to Saturday for 7-nights. The cost is between $899 to $1,599 depending on dates and # of people in your party.  We do have other cottages that do rent for less amount of nights if you are looking for a shorter stay. Peak summer weeks are still available.
