Spring/summer/fall: $350/weekend, $95/additional night, $700/week

9% occupancy tax is due on any rental shorter than 30 days
Friday and Saturday night stay required for winter weekends.
Winter season is 12/15-3/15.
Holiday weekends are subject to minimum night stays and higher rates
