This lovely new luxury hillside villa boasts stunning, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean! Watch the sunset every night from beside your sparkling infinity edge pool or your bedroom balconys, which overlook the town of Playa Hermosa!
This home is fully furnished with quality furnishings, cable TV and internet. The large kitchen has all of the amenities of home, including dishwasher, microwave, etc. Each room comes equipped with individual A/C remote control units for personal preferences. It comfortable accommodates 6 people in its 3 bedrooms and has a pull out sofa in the living area for an extra 2 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with jaccuzi.
At the base of the hillside and part of this community is a small commercial center which offers a luxury Spa, a small theater and a popular bar/restaurant. The guests also have the use of the community pool area with water slides, snack bar and a mini golf area.
It is a 15 minute walk to the world famous Playa Hermosa beach from the base of the hillside.
