Vacation Rental Description

Our private 1,800 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath Golf Villa condo is situated on sixteen 
acres adjacent infamous Pineapple Hill, and paralleling the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. The 
condo features spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset views.

Our Villa is tastefully decorated in the local Hawaiian motif and comes completely 
furnished, and includes 2 lanais, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave & 
dishwasher, washer/dryer, three televisions, DVD, CD player, iron, ironing board, 
hairdryer,telephones, and even beach towels! Just bring your own food, toothpaste and 
suntan lotion!

The serene Golf Villa community area offers private recreational facilities -- 4 swimming 
pools, 8 barbecues and even private garden areas.  

There are 2 championship golf courses in the resort; The Bay Course 
and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Mercedes Championships. There is 
also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy encompassing 23 acres which offers individual 
instruction, golf school, and group clinics.

Vacation Rental Rates

$319 per night -January 15- December 14
$369 per night -December 15-January 14
$100 Cleaning Fee per stay.

The 2 bedroom Golf Villa rate is for up to six persons maximum. Included in the above 
rate is check-out maid service. Daily maid service is available upon request at an 
additional charge. All rates are based upon a 5 night minimum stay (10 nights Dec 23-
Jan2) . Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to surcharge. All rates subject to 
11.42%  Hawaii State tax and may be changed without notice. A $600 reservation deposit per 
each week booked is required within 72 hours of contract or reservation is automatically 
cancelled.
