Low Season (April 15 - Dec. 14): Daily $95/night, $2044/month, must stay 28 days or more to receive the monthly rate.
High Season (Dec. 15 - April 14): Daily $110/night, $2352/month, must stay 28 days or more to receive the monthly rate.
Ironman Triathlon (in Oct.) is treated as High Season. There is a three night minimum except during Christmas and Ironman Triathlon, which is seven nights.
Reservations: A $200 deposit is required with 10 days of making the reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy during Low Season and 60 days prior to occupancy during High Season. No refund will be made if your actual stay is less than the reserved period. We accept personal checks (preferred), VISA, or MasterCard.
Occupancy: A maximum of four persons is allowed for this unit. This is a Non-Smoking residence and there are no pets allowed.
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM / Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before final payment is received. After that, refunds will only be returned if the unit can be re-rented.
