Come to The Sea Ranch, California where the rugged North coast was formed over millions of years into one of the world’s most spectacular seascapes by crashing waves and magna eruptions from beneath its surface. The Sea Ranch Developments’ concept is designed to blend the housing into the natural landscape, with many open areas which are home to wildlife such as deer, rabbits, foxes, and countless birds. At certain times of the year, migrating whales can be seen off the coast.
“Pacific Sounds” is located on the west side of Highway on the north end of The Sea Ranch, less than a block from the ocean. Out the front you look over an open meadow to a blue water view. The back of the house faces the pastoral reed filled pond and views to the redwood covered coastal hills with a public golf course situated between the two landscapes. Nature abounds, yet the house is less than 10 minutes from Gualala for shopping and groceries.

stores plus Post Office in the coastal town of Gualala,2 miles
north on Highway One

$170 per night with a maximum of 4 people(2-night minimum rental); 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
$990/ Week ; $200 refundable security deposit.
9% Sonoma County transient occupancy tax required.
Adults only. No pets, Non smoking. no exceptions!
