Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Reflections is a large, beautiful, pet-friendly home, with
private pool and screen porch is a large modern single family home and
is only 200 feet from the water's edge. The view is dramatic with over
150 feet unobstructed view of the beach and water in front.  Beach
view down the undeveloped beach is wide open. Faces due west for
spectacular sunsets.   Note: late season deep discounts for open
non-Holiday weeks. 

The pool is located next to the house and has lounge chairs to enjoy
the sun. The pool can be seen from the small deck on the main floor
just outside the screen porch.  There is a solar cover which can be
used in the spring and fall to keep the pool heat in overnight.  This
keeps the pool much warmer than without one. 

The house features two living areas, 2 dining tables, 4 bedrooms and 4
full bathrooms, private pool, screen porch, gas grill and it sits
right on one of the most beautiful sections of America's Number 1
Beach.  Only 1/2 mile to the state park and boat ramp.  

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach
by K-9 magazine in 2006.  Even some of the nearby restaurants have
outside decks and are pet-friendly.  

Our home faces almost due west and therefore gets spectacular 
sunsets at any time of the year. It's located approximately 1/2 mile 
from the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and wildlife 
sanctuary.  Room to park your boat in the driveway and boat ramp is at
state park.  The bike path heading to the state park is just up from
the house on the Cape San Blas Rd.  

We are the owners and we live on the Cape and make sure the home is
maintained in great condition. 

The upper deck has awesome views and a high table and swivel chair set
to maximize the view, without distraction of railing in your view. 

Here is what a July 2007 renter said "We enjoyed the pool and loved
the beach. It was like we were in our own paradise. The house was big
enough to be together and we could also get off to ourselves. The
sunsets from the upstairs balcony would take your breathe away. We
cooked and grilled some wonderful fresh seafood in the big kitchen and
the deck. I can not think of one thing that was not enjoyable."

Our home has two master suites each with it's own tiled bathroom 
with Jacuzi tub, walk in closets and walkouts to the upper floor deck.
Each master has a king sized bed. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds that can be made into king sized beds
and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. 

There is a door that can close off the staircase to the upper floor. 
Our guests tell us they like this feature since it allows some guests
to be downstairs in kitchen and living areas while the upper floor is
quiet for anyone sleeping in. 

There is cable TV in in both living rooms and all of the bedrooms.   
We also offer DVD players, VCR, Stereo, Boombox, washer, dryer, DSL,
dishwasher and microwave.  Wireless DSL access is available. 


The main floor has an extra large and fully equipped kitchen, two
dining tables, 4 bar stools, a full bath and queen size sleepers in
each of the two living areas and large laundry room.  Main floor has
bath with shower and closet. Home features two air conditioners and
two hot water heaters.

This beautiful home has plenty of room for your large or multi-
family vacation needs, is just steps from the beach and features a 
private inground swimming pool, with solar cover to keep it warmer for
your family's enjoyment. We sincerely hope our guests and their pets
enjoy our beach home as much as we do!  The beaches are pet-friendly too!

sunrises, 
watching dolphins, swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkling, golf, 
birdwatching, hiking, shelling, horseback riding on the beach. Rentals
of all sorts of boats, toys and equipment is available nearby.
Shopping in the quaint stores in Apalachicola.  Lots of great dining
spots on the Cape, the famous Indian Pass Rawbar, and in nearby Port
St Joe, Apalachicola and Mexico Beach.
