This exceptional home that is located directly on Elk Lake, and the home has 180 feet of private beach front. Elk Lake is one of the most popular lake in this area, for many reasons. The water temperature and beaches (warm and sandy). Whereas the other lakes have become mucky or very shallow (for 100-200 feet) due to the loss in recent water levels over the past several years. Elk Lake is a great all-sports lake large enough for all types of watercraft and fabulous fishing; whereas smaller lakes can only accommodate paddle boats or fishing boats due to the lake noise level while operating motorized watercraft. Expensive real estate for this area, and high demand.

This home comes with a two person kayak and a 14 foot water trampoline.

Interior:

The interior of the home features tall cathedral ceilings, and a warm feeling. This 4 bedroom, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths home is tastefully decorated with a clean and classy decor. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, corner fireplace, french doors that open to a private screened in porch and a private master bathroom with both a jaccuzi tub and stand up shower. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs and both have a full bed and generous closets. Another full bathroom is also upstairs and include all of your linens. The fourth bedroom is almost considered to be another master suite, as we refer to it "the fun room"! The room has a sofa sleeper, love seat, chair, big screen TV, wet bar, pinball machine AND a private 1/2 bathroom. WOW! That's a lot of space!

The upstairs overlooks the lower level and has amazing views out of the tall picture french pane windows. The main level of the house features a large livingroom with a stone fireplace, a dining room, and gorgeous kitchen that is both large and functional. The kitchen is equipt with everything you need for entertaining and preparing large meals for your family. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer to use for your convenience during your stay.

Exterior:

This home is situated on the desirable Skegemog Point; therefore private. The exterior of the home features a private drive to the home and lots of parking, a nice size deck to relax on and watch the kids play at the beach and a gas grill.
