This is a newer 2-story townhome in the community of Fenwick Commons. It is an end unit with a one car attached garage. The back of townhome offers a cozy covered lanai. Community has it's own private pool. Weekly garbage pickup.
This townhome provides a roomy master on the first level with private bath & soaking tub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom boasts an extra big room with Queen bed. Other bedroom has Q bed and S bed. The full bath upstairs has two doors to access the Q bedroom and the loft outside...so the other bedroom can access too. Loft area provides more room with desk and lamp.
The kitchen is oversized and receives all the morning sun. Dining room has 4 seater table, and family room beyond is very comfortable. Downstairs also provides a half bath.
Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
This townhome is very comfortable. All linens and towels provided.
