Situated across the street from the sandy beaches on East Bay, a mile to the closest golf course, and 4 miles to the casino (not to mention the fabulous dining within a few miles).

Home Interior:

Walk into a large open foyer and into comfort. This newly remodeled home features 2 bedrooms on the main floor; one with a queen bed, and the other with a full size bed (linens included). A full bathroom as well as a 1/2 bath also occupy the main floor. The livingroom is large with tall windows, and houses a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. An open kitchen and dining room provide a great place to be "social" and for entertaining. You may choose to drink your morning coffee on the deck while looking and listening to the morning birds. The lower level of the house features 2 additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds.  A sofa sleeper that can convert into a play area for children during the day. Another full bathroom is located downstairs as well. Kick back to the flat screen TV and have a cocktail to unwind in the lounge area..ahhhh, vacation!

Home Exterior:

The home has a large (flat) backyard deck included that is private and wooded to enjoy games, relaxing & grilling. Lots of parking is availble at this home!

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing?
Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find
that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare
meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the
reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days)
housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht
rentals, and/or any additional services requested by you and your family.

Weekly calendars of events/activities will also be provided for you, so you may capture everything
this area has to offer.

May 22 - June 18th $1200.00 per week
     Weekends $450.00 2 nights, $600.00 3 nights
June 18 - August 21st $1800.00 per week
     (Weekly only please)
August 21 - September 25th $1500.00 per week
     Weekends $525.00 2 nights, $675.00 3 nights

Off Season Rates:

$1050.00/week  $375.00 2 nights, $525.00 3 nights, $1000.00/month (monthly rate applies to longer term leases, and do not include utilities.  Please call for more details!)

Watercraft:
Pontoons, jetski's, fishing boats, dingy's/rafts, and sailboats are also available. Please contact our concierge regarding availability and pricing.
