Home Interior:

Walk into a large open foyer and into comfort. This newly remodeled home features 2 bedrooms on the main floor; one with a queen bed, and the other with a full size bed (linens included). A full bathroom as well as a 1/2 bath also occupy the main floor. The livingroom is large with tall windows, and houses a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. An open kitchen and dining room provide a great place to be "social" and for entertaining. You may choose to drink your morning coffee on the deck while looking and listening to the morning birds. The lower level of the house features 2 additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds.  A sofa sleeper that can convert into a play area for children during the day. Another full bathroom is located downstairs as well. Kick back to the flat screen TV and have a cocktail to unwind in the lounge area..ahhhh, vacation!

Home Exterior:

The home has a large (flat) backyard deck included that is private and wooded to enjoy games, relaxing & grilling. Lots of parking is availble at this home!

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, Horse Show`s By the Bay, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Off Season Rates:

Sept. 25 - May 21 $225/nt, $1050 week, 2 day min. stay. Also, $900/mo (Monthly rate applies to long term lease and does not include utilities. Please call for information.)

Watercraft:
Pontoons, jetski's, fishing boats, dingy's/rafts, and sailboats are also available. Please contact our concierge regarding availability and pricing.
