Cottage is located in private gated association between Holland and Grand Haven. Unique setting along the Port Sheldon Channel just around the corner , to Lake Michigan. Cottage has 1 bedroom with a King bed queen beds, 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. There is a large kitchen great room area in the upper level of the cottage. Another small kitchen and living area in the middle level. 21/2 baths, Flat screen TV's with cable, dvd players. Nice deck to hang out and watch boats come in and out of the channel or grill out and have meals. Wonderful private area to vacation but also close to resort areas for more activity.

Ten miles to Grand Haven and Holland so you can take advantage of all the summer events in those resort towns. Shopping, dining, festivals and entertainment. Bike path and boat launch close by.
Great place to enjoy small Pigeon lake or big Lake Michigan. Boating, water ski or jet ski, kayaking, fishing are just some of the things to do. There is a board walk that goes along the Pigeon Lake all the way out to Lake Michigan that is nice to walk. Quiet place to rest and relax.

First two weeks of June $2600.00 June, July & August $2950.00
4th of July week, Coast Guard week and Labor day week - $3,300
Security deposit $300.00 and cleaning fee $125.00 apply to all rental weeks or weekends.
