Everything you need is close by: beach, parks, shopping, boats,restaurants, bike path, all just minutes away. Golf and tennis are just down the road too. Great for couples and small families. We have had many satisfied, repeat visitors.

This very clean, beautifully kept, and newer condo (built 1985) is in the SeaView complex located directly across the street from the beach. With us, you don't have to worry that you might reserve your vacation property and end up somewhere that is small, dirty or outdated. Not the case here! This property is family owned, and we take great pride in making it perfect for our guests. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from almost every room. Be at the beach in seconds, as it is directly across the street. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, clean and spacious condominium (1000 sq.ft) is located in a very convenient area, within walking distance of the Oak Bluffs ferryboat, Ocean Park and to the center of town. Sleeps 4-5 (5th on sofa bed). Master Bedroom has deck that connects to the living room for relaxing and enjoying the astounding ocean views.

Having a car is absolutely not necessary because of where this property is, but can be convenient for exploring every part of the Vineyard. One off-street,unreserved parking space is included. You can bring your own car over on the ferry (book your reservations early),or you can rent one on -island. The VTA bus (Vineyard Transit Authority) is also a good alternative - it shuttles between towns. We can help you with your planning by giving you the websites and phone numbers to the bus line that goes from Boston to Woods Hole, as well as ferryboat information to get over the the island, or you may choose to fly to the island from Boston. This clean property is well-maintained, contemporary, and beautifully appointed. Includes cable tv (basic), wireless, high speed internet, DVD, CD player, phone, washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Includes one off-street parking space (unreserved). Master bedroom is a queen bed, other bedroom has two twins. Sofa is a pull-out bed. Maximum guests limited to 4-5, and is very comfortable for that number. Linens (sheets and bath towels) can be provided for a $99 set up and wash rental fee (optional), or you may rent your own.

Enjoy all that this gorgeous island has to offer: parks, beaches, great shopping and restaurants, and the oldest continuously operated carousel in the country - The Flying Horses - are all just a walk
away. Go for a short drive and visit a working vineyard, glass works, famous Black Dog restaurant, or enjoy the famous sunsets in Menemsha. You can also take a ferryboat or plane to Nantucket for the
