stunning ocean views from almost every window. This is the place! This
highly sought after vacation spot on gorgeous MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA.
is truly the PERFECT place! Everything you need is close by: beach, parks,
shopping, boats, restaurants and more, just a walk away. Golf and
tennis are just down the road too. Great for couples and small
families (beach is right across the street). We have many satisfied, 
repeat visitors. See where Jaws was made and check out other
activities at the MV Chamber of Commerce. This clean, beautifully 
kept, and newer condo is in the SEA VIEW CONDO complex located directly 
across the street from the beach. Don't worry that you might reserve 
your vacation property and end up somewhere that is small, dirty 
or outdated! Not the case here! SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE 
OCEAN FROM ALMOST EVERY ROOM! BEACH IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET -40
PACES  AWAY! This two bedroom, two full bathroom, clean and spacious
condominium (1000 sq.ft) is located in a very convenient area, within 
walking distance of the Oak Bluffs ferryboat and to town. Master 
Bedroom has a deck that connects to the living room. Having a car 
is absolutely not necessary because of where this property is, but can 
be convenient for exploring every part of the Vineyard. One off-street, 
unreserved parking space is included. You can bring your own car over 
on the ferry (book your reservations early), or you can rent one on-
island. The VTA (Vineyard Transit Authority) is also a good alternative 
- it shuttles between towns. We can help you with your planning by 
giving you the website and phone numbers to the bus line that goes from
BOSTON to Woods Hole, as well as ferryboat information to get over the
the island, or you may choose to fly there from Boston. Weeks book up

Vacation Rental Amenities

This clean property is well-maintained, contemporary, and beautifully
appointed. Includes cable tv (basic), HIGH-SPEED internet,  dvd, basic
phone, a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots,
pans, glasses, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Includes 
one off-street parking space (unreserved). Maximum guests limited to 
4-5, and is very comfortable for that number. Linens can be provided 
for a $89 set up and wash fee. 

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy all that this gorgeous island has to offer: beaches, great
shopping and restaurants, and the oldest continuously operated
carousel in the country - The Flying Horses - are all just a walk
away. Go for a short drive and visit a working vineyard, glass works,
famous Black Dog restaurant, or enjoy the famous sunsets in
Menemsha! You can also take a ferryboat or plane to Nantucket for the
day! Come and see where JAWS was filmed! Check out other activities at
the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce. Make it a relaxing or

         Rental week begins Sunday at 4pm and ends Sunday at 10:30am
                Currently taking Summer 2008 and 2009 Reservations
                   
                         June: $2200/week
                         July: $2500/week 
                         Aug:  $2800/week 
                         Sept: $2100/week
                         Oct:  $1500/week

   Refundable security deposit of $400 due in addition to rental rate.
   Departure (non-refundable) cleaning fee of $95.00. 
   Optional: linens can be provided for $89.00 or you may bring own.
